Our agave piñas are roasted in traditional brick ovens for 36 hours, 10x longer than most.

FERMENTATION

Our exceptional flavor is a result of a week long yeast-free fermentation process.

COLOR: Deep caramel & amber with orange hues
AROMA: Burned vanilla, tobacco, nuts, coffee and maple. Sweet cooked agave, dry fruit like peach, apricot and cherry, & bouquet of roses.
FLAVOR: Burned vanilla, tobacco, nuts, maple and cooked agave.
WATER: Purified water from our own deep well.
AGED: 24+ months in premium French white oak barrels.
